From Dreams to New Dreams

The Wanderers and Spiritus Dei sagas are slowly drawing to a close.
Only one final step remains — the proofreading — and soon both books will reach the Slovene market.

Yet the question keeps returning: What happens next?

Let me put your mind at ease — there is no need for concern.
New stories are already forming, enough for at least three new books.
Though their themes will stand apart, each will still belong to the same realm — fantasy.

I will not reveal the titles just yet, though they already exist, together with early sketches for the covers.
This time I’ve chosen a new path: instead of writing several books in parallel,
I will devote myself to each story in full — from its first word to its last.

What Will Change?

My next stories will still speak primarily to younger readers, yet they will carry elements that echo with an older audience as well.
Even so, I remain true to my purpose — I am, and will remain, a writer of young adult fantasy.
That is where I belong. And as long as I write, that is where you’ll find me.

An open book glowing in dim light, symbolising the end of one saga and the birth of new fantasy worlds.

What Can You Expect?

Much — and more beyond that. With every book I strive to surpass myself.

When people ask where I find my ideas, the answer is simple: I listen to myself.
Each new story begins with a whisper from my own dreams and memories.
The first sentences fall onto the page, and the story unfolds almost on its own.
Its direction depends on mood, moment, and the pulse of ordinary days.

I deeply admire those who read endlessly.
I often see readers on social media sharing how many books they’ve finished — and it makes me pause.
I read too, though not as much.
Why? Because I don’t want another author’s voice to echo through mine.
When I write, I sink entirely into my own world — and I share it only when the book is done.

Possible or Impossible?

I remain faithful to the world of dreams, where anything is possible.
Perhaps one story will carry a hint of science fiction — not as a change of genre, but as a breath of something new.

The first of the next books already has its shape.
The notes are written. The vision is clear.
The second will reach into the world of adults — yet the young will always remain.
A world without them cannot exist.

And the third… that one will be darker.
It may awaken fear, even trembling.
But never forget — the world of fantasy is, above all, the world of dreams.

So stay tuned for the coming news — you’ll be the first to know what lies ahead.
